I'm Zach
I’m Zacharia Zenios. I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Tampa, and I’m a licensed Neurosomatic Therapist, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and a StrongFirst certified Kettlebell Coach. My background is rooted in both science and real-world experience, shaped by my four years of active duty as a United States Marine Corps infantry veteran. That time instilled in me a sense of discipline, intensity, and grit that drives everything I do.
Since 2017, club training has been the heart of my practice. It’s transformed the way I move, helping me unlock new patterns, build systems, and develop techniques that blend strength, mobility, and flow. My approach is all about balance—merging structure with creativity, science with instinct—to build a body that doesn’t just look strong but moves strong.
I’m passionate about teaching and training others, drawing on my diverse expertise to guide people toward resilience and functional strength. Whether I’m coaching or training myself, I bring the same focus and energy to help others move better and live stronger.
